Hi Friends,

Bodyalive has been striving to make recruiting easier for all reps.  We are working on a lead generating program to help build huge downlines which means income.  Realize you do need to add reps and maintain a 50bv monthly.  I can explain this or simply attend the Tuesday meeting at Wine and Roses Restaurant  7pm.   Dave McCabe ( one of the owners of Body Alive along w/ tony Little) has asked me to find out what will create more movement in the company.  Do people want to only buy the cigarettes retail and not be a rep?  Your comments on this are greatly appreciated.

Again FDA under the governments thumb has created more controversy on the e-cigarette.  They did not mention at first it is the Chinese brand filters that contain harmful chemicals, Not Smoke Stik.

Will Smoke Stik be the only e-cigarette allowed to be distributed in the United States?  You own the business, only you can capitalize on it.

Subject: Evaluation of e-cigarettes

The FDA report details the analysis of e-cigarettes cartridge content samples.

The findings listed several compounds of concern.  Of these compounds, I offer the following for consideration:

Diethylene Glycol:  Has adverse effects on humans, diethylene glycol is not allowed for use in food and drugs.  The U.S. Code of Federal Regulations allows no more than 0.2% of diethylene glycol in polyethylene glycol when the latter is used as a food additive.  The presence of this compound in the samples may be a function of using technical grade propylene glycol as opposed to USP grade material.  (This compound is not present in SmokeStik products)

Tobacco specific nitrosamines:  These nitrosamine carcinogens are formed from nicotine and related compounds by a nitrosation reaction that occurs during the curing and processing of tobacco.  They are the most prevalent strong carcinogens in “smokeless” tobacco products, occurring at much higher levels than in any other marketed product designed for oral use.  These compounds may be present in the samples due to the addition of tobacco extracts.  (These compounds are not present in SmokeStik products)

Cotinine:  is a metabolite of nicotine. The word ‘cotinine’ is an anagram of ‘nicotine’. It is used to measure the grade of tobacco smoking, but might also improve mental function.  The level of cotinine in the blood is proportionate to the amount of exposure to tobacco smoke, so it is a valuable indicator of tobacco smoke exposure, including secondary (passive) smoke.  Understand that cotinine is a metabolite of nicotine.  In short, where you have nicotine you will find cotinine.  (This is present in any product containing nicotine)

Anabasine:  is a pyridine alkaloid found in the Tree Tobacco (Nicotiana glauca) plant, a close relative of the common tobacco plant (Nicotiana tabacum) normally used in smoking preparations.  It is similar to nicotine. This is a compound particular to Tree Tobacco a relative of the tobacco plants commonly used for smoking.  This compound may be present in the samples as an additive for “stretching” the available tobacco crop.  Much the same way your grandmother added cracker meal to her meatloaf. (This compound is not present in SmokeStik products)

Myosmine: Myosmine has been regarded as a specific tobacco alkaloid until investigations pointed out that nuts and nut products constitute a significant source of myosmine. In the present study it is shown that the occurrence of myosmine is widespread throughout a large number of plant families. Using a method for extraction practicable for all examined foods, quantitative analysis through internal standard addition showed nanograms per gram amounts. Positively tested edibles were staple foods such as maize, rice, wheat flour, millet, potato, and milk and also cocoa, popcorn, tomato, carrot, pineapple, kiwi, and apples. (This compound is not present in SmokeStik products)

β- nicotyrine: A pyrrolic analog of nicotine created through autoxidation of nicotine.  β- nicotyrine is a metabolite of nicotine. (Like cotinine, this compound is present in all products containing nicotine)
